• Elicit and document business requirements • Lead workshops and solution design • Prepare functional documentation • Configure processes in Dynamics 365 • Support Product Owners and squads • Participate in testing, user acceptance (UAT) and continuous improvement initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE • Knowledge of process modeling • Knowledge of lead, opportunity and customer management • Knowledge of configuring entities, forms, business rules and processes • Knowledge of Dataverse • Knowledge of integrations and APIs • Experience in Dynamics implementation and enhancement projects
