📋 Description

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Project Managers in their day-to-day operations. • Provide guidance to Project Managers as they prepare for monthly financial reviews. • Strategically plan and document processes and ensure that teams adhere to them. • Collaborate with Project Managers to understand hiring needs, aiding in the hiring process and allocating projects to Project Managers based on their skills and experience. • Executing the vision of the department by analyzing project survey feedback and utilizing results to lead the team.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field – a PMP is a plus! • You have 4-7 years of Project Management experience in a related field. • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to provide direction and feedback to your team. • You efficiently manage your time, maintaining an elevated level of organization across your work. • You can effectively navigate Project Management software. • You are adept at planning and managing a budget, utilizing your strategic insight to solve problems as they arise.
