• Build your own customer base with a focus on outbound sales and B2B new customer acquisition to maximize occupancy of our spaces in Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, and Heidelberg • Proactive cold outreach, independent market analyses, and targeted approach to new industry segments • Manage and develop generated customer relationships and maintain the CRM system • Attend networking events and trade shows, and conduct site tours of spaces • Work closely with the General Manager and prepare reports based on your market insights
• Completed commercial training or degree and at least 3 years' experience in B2B sales • Confident in cold calling and strong at networking — whether by phone, in person, or in writing • Willingness to travel and confident communication skills in German and English • Independent, structured working style and high level of initiative • Ideally, knowledge of the flexible workspace market
