⢠Plan and deliver football and other sports operations onsite within and - if necessary - outside your designated region ⢠Manage the excellent relation with our key clients ⢠Maintain and expand our portfolio of clients ⢠Prepare and coordinate the UEFA draws (Champions League, Europa League etc.) for your region ⢠Manage existing suppliers throughout the year to ensure best possible value creation ⢠Identify potential new suppliers and partners in your region ⢠Manage the budget for each operation and post event reconciliation ⢠Book and invoice individual services requested by our Destination Sport colleagues ⢠Create Proposals (PPT) for upcoming operations ⢠Manage operations with our inhouse tool ARENA incl. invoicing ⢠Handle the logistics of our sports teams and their entourage coming into their designated region
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience in similar position in sports, sports logistics, or tourism & event management ⢠Excellent local knowledge and good network of contacts ⢠Excellent negotiations skills towards suppliers and clients ⢠Very good language skills (English and Portuguese mandatory) ⢠Excellent at multitasking and able to prioritize and meet deadlines ⢠Leadership skills to be able to lead an operation with several stakeholder involved ⢠Strong planning and execution skills ⢠Excellent project and time management skills ⢠A Degree in tourism / business administration / marketing / event management would be highly desirable but not essential
