📋 Description

• Provide support and technical assistance to all iTWO users (estimating, billing, site management, procurement) • Manage and maintain user rights and permission groups • Conduct and organize training sessions (onsite and online) • Maintain and create print templates, reports and lists • Technical development and customization of the iTWO software (including BIM integration, interfaces, automation) • Collaborate with the software vendor and internal IT • Record, document and resolve user issues • Ensure availability and prompt response times for support requests • Capture and process user requirements and change requests • Oversee and coordinate master data maintenance • Create and maintain templates, cover sheets and specific work instructions • Automate and digitize workflows in cooperation with the IT application admin and key users • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in cooperation with the Quality Management department

🎯 Requirements

• Solid IT knowledge • Excellent understanding of construction-specific processes and experience with iTWO or a similar ERP system for the construction industry • Experience in user support and delivering technical training • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and strong communication • Team player with a willingness to share knowledge • Ability to identify and articulate business department requirements • Experience in process management and digitizing workflows • Structured and solution-oriented working style
