📋 Description

• Establish and build up the Major Component Replacement department, including subunits such as Marine Operations, Engineering/Tool Development, Logistics and Vessel Management • Strategically expand the service portfolio for offshore MCR • Provide technical leadership for interdisciplinary project teams • Develop a sales strategy in collaboration with the Sales department • Oversee and manage projects • Risk management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification • Extensive experience in offshore wind project installation from both developer/operator and manufacturer perspectives • Comprehensive technical knowledge of all major components of an offshore wind turbine • Several years of experience leading project teams • Excellent written and spoken German and English • Strong communication skills and a structured way of working • Willingness to travel (nationally and internationally)
