📋 Description

• Lead, manage and coordinate IT projects across the hospital network — from project planning and implementation to successful completion • Analyze, document and further develop existing clinical and administrative processes • Structured process modeling and derivation and implementation of practical, solution-oriented concepts • Close collaboration within interdisciplinary teams including medical staff, nursing, administration and IT • Ensure quality, schedule and resource management throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (university or university of applied sciences) in Health Management, Computer Science or a comparable qualification • Initial professional experience in project and process management, ideally in healthcare or an IT-related environment • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with process flows and to analyze, model and further develop them collaboratively with staff • Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse professional groups
