📋 Description

• Primary point of contact for questions regarding the proAlpha ERP solution • Independently identify and resolve incidents or errors • Provide 1st- and 2nd-level support for user issues • Analyze IT-supported business processes • Test software solutions prior to the go-live of new versions • Implement minor program adjustments and document processes and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Completed IT-focused vocational training (e.g., IT systems management clerk or IT specialist) • At least 2 years of support experience • Knowledge of the functionalities of modern, integrated ERP systems • Experience in ERP administration • Strong service orientation and willingness to provide support • Good written and spoken German and English • Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
