📋 Description

• You advise teachers, group leaders and tour operators on the museum’s offerings and enter bookings for tickets and guided tours into our reservation system • You assist our guests by phone and email in a friendly and professional manner so that no organizational questions remain unanswered • You are responsible for maintaining and improving quality standards in customer communication • You act as the interface between Customer Support, Sales and Operations Management • You create guidelines, workflows and internal documents to ensure service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a relevant degree, or several years of professional experience • Experience in customer support, service, booking or reservations • Structured and focused approach to working with digital systems • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent customer and service orientation • Very good German and good English skills • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required
