📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for all Porsche-related inquiries (e.g., app support, charging processes for our electric vehicles, technical advice, aftersales processes, digital services) • You identify, escalate and resolve customer inquiries and complaints using our digital tools • You resolve complex customer issues via phone, email, chat or video calls • You participate in regular training sessions to build expert knowledge of our products and services • You document all customer inquiries in our in-house CRM tool • You share your ideas and suggestions for improvement with your team • You stay up to date on all Porsche products and services and play an important role in customer retention

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to understand complex automotive products and services • Very good German and English language skills (additional languages are an advantage) • Motivated and empathetic personality • Well-structured and self-directed way of working • Relevant customer service experience and knowledge of the automotive industry are a plus • Willingness to work shifts (early, middle and late shifts) • Willingness to work weekends including Sundays and public holidays
