📋 Description

• You advise teachers, group leaders and tour operators on the museum's offerings and enter tickets and guided tours into our booking software • You assist our guests by phone and email in a friendly and professional manner so that no organizational questions remain • You coordinate a team of currently four people (including trainees) and plan tasks, responsibilities and schedules • You are responsible for maintaining and optimizing quality standards in customer communications • You act as the interface between the booking department, sales and operations management • You create guidelines, workflows and internal documentation to ensure service quality

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial vocational training, a relevant degree or several years of professional experience • Experience in customer service • Ideally some prior leadership experience • A structured and focused approach to working with digital systems • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Strong customer and service orientation • Very good German and good English skills • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required
