📋 Description

• Coordinate implementation of the business plan determined by higher management and realization of the operative program within the organizational unit • Direct a team of independently working employees • Take responsibility for team performance • Handle financial planning for the given team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Fluent English knowledge • German is an advantage • People management/team coordination experience is an advantage • Experience in managed security application • Willingness to take over responsibility • Strong communication skills • Ability to work under pressure, including during security incidents • Good methodical and analytical knowledge • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
