📋 Description
• Batch jobok írása, módosítása és ütemezése • Joblog analízis és hibaelhárítás • Frissítésekkel (releasekkel) kapcsolatos koordináció az érintett szakterületekkel • Új frissítések előkészítése, telepítése és tesztelése • Datasetek kezelése • Üzemeltetési tesztelésben való részvétel • Kapcsolódó alkalmazások 2nd/3rd level technikai támogatása • Ticketadminisztráció és dokumentációkezelés ITIL alapján • Komplex probléma megoldás: root cause analízis • Incident/Problem/Change/Configuration menedzsment • Aktív részvétel napi/heti ügyfélmegbeszéléseken
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2-4 év releváns szakmai tapasztalat • Magabiztos z/OS, JES, TSO, JCL, ISPF, Scheduler, OMVS tudás • Német és angol nyelvtudás (min. B1 szint) • Előny: Mainframe DB2 ismeret és tapasztalat • Előny: Mainframe IDMS ismeret és tapasztalat • Előny: Mainframe RACF ismeret és tapasztalat • Előny: Programozási ismeretek REXX és CLIST • Előny: Unix/Linux és PostgreSQL ismeret • Tapasztalat 2nd/3rd level technikai támogatásban és ITIL alapú folyamatokban
