📋 Description

• Analyze, clarify, and structure business requirements • Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories • Refine requirements and user stories with Business and IT • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team • Build shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes • Contribute to functional concepts and solution finding • Support translation of requirements into implementable solutions • Support coordination and steering of implementation activities • Work with engineers and quality experts throughout delivery • Contribute to implementing new business requirements and continuously improving the Charisma solution • Support further rollout activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience analyzing and structuring business requirements • Experience creating and refining user stories • Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements • Effective collaboration across Business and IT • Experience supporting functional concept development and solution finding • Ability to support and coordinate implementation of business requirements • Strong collaboration and communication skills in an agile, cross-functional delivery environment • English at a minimum B2 level
