📋 Description

• Analyze, clarify, and structure business requirements • Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories • Refine requirements and user stories with Business and IT • Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and the delivery team • Create shared understanding of requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes • Contribute to functional concepts and solution finding • Support translation of requirements into implementable solutions • Coordinate and steer implementation activities • Work with engineers and quality experts throughout delivery • Contribute to implementation of new business requirements and continuous improvement of the Charisma solution • Support further rollout activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience analyzing and structuring business requirements • Experience creating, refining, and managing user stories • Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams • Effective collaboration with Business and IT stakeholders • Experience supporting functional concept development and identifying suitable solutions • Ability to coordinate and support implementation of business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Enjoy working in an agile, cross-functional environment • English at minimum B2 level
