📋 Description

• Act as the first responder for production alerts and incidents • Monitor system health using Datadog, LogicMonitor, or similar tools • Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to determine incident scope and impact • Manage the incident lifecycle, including triage, prioritization, and escalation coordination • Document and track incidents in ServiceNow and Jira Service Management • Coordinate with application and development teams to support faster resolution • Provide initial technical analysis during incident response • Communicate clear, concise incident updates and translate technical status into actionable information • Maintain accurate incident records • Provide structured shift handovers to incoming analysts • Maintain 24/7 client coverage on a rolling 3 days on / 3 days off pattern with 8-hour shifts synchronized to EST

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support and incident management experience, including triage, prioritization, and escalation • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog and LogicMonitor • Ability to navigate dashboards and perform log correlation • Solid understanding of DNS, load balancing, and HTTP/HTTPS protocols • Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Methodical approach to troubleshooting • Ownership and accountability during critical incidents • Ability to follow operational processes and maintain 24/7 shift coverage • Understanding of security best practices, including access control, data protection, phishing prevention, and security policy compliance • Desirable: ServiceNow and/or Jira Service Management experience • Desirable: Slack or Microsoft Teams experience in a support environment • Desirable: Help Desk, NOC, SOC, or L1/L2 technical support experience • Desirable: AWS and Azure familiarity • Desirable: Kubernetes and Docker familiarity • Desirable: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Amazon RDS exposure • Desirable: GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, and Amazon SQS familiarity • CV submitted in English
