• Lead annual sales planning with dealers and drive execution to exceed sales goals • Build strong, consultative relationships with dealer principals and sales teams • Partner with dealers to ensure high-quality customer experiences at every touchpoint • Represent DEVELON’s interests with professionalism, while balancing the needs of both dealer and customer • Develop and execute dealer plans that align with broader market strategy and share growth goals • Conduct quarterly business reviews with core dealers • Share market share data, performance metrics, and industry insights • Align on action plans to optimize growth and dealer performance • Deliver impactful sales and product training to dealer teams • Facilitate district training events on new products and competitive comparisons • Mentor new dealer sales professionals and support retail sales growth through field rides and coaching
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience in sales, territory management, or channel marketing • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote/home-office setting • Experience with dealer or B2B network development a plus • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the North Central territory • Completion of prerequisite training programs
