📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contractor representative for a public health technology program • Lead program governance, planning, coordination, and decision-making oversight across all contractor teams • Establish and execute the Program Management Plan • Represent the contractor in customer governance meetings • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution check-ins • Manage program cost performance and contractual reporting • Operate the risk, issue, and opportunity register

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • At least 10 years of relevant program or project management experience • Experience managing agile software delivery programs for federal civilian agencies • Demonstrated authority-holding roles like release decisions and budget accountability • Experience directing multi-team delivery organizations of 30 or more staff • Preferred PMP or equivalent certification; agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) a plus • Experience with public health, health IT, or scientific mission programs • Experience leading incumbent-capture transitions and multi-vendor coordination • Earned value management reporting experience
