• You will manage a team of world-class recruiters and sourcers and help with our Talent Acquisition. • You will actively develop our business by bringing quality clients. • You will partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives as well as hiring needs as a Senior Key Account Manager. • You will design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements. • You will develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. • You will source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. • You will present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries. • You will offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion. • You will collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed. • You will network and build long-lasting client relationships. • You will contribute to further development, change management in the company. • You will promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
• 5+ years of proven work experience as a Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (preferable at a staffing agency or recruitment consultancy). • Record of successfully leading teams of senior recruiters and sourcers as a Team Leader. • Hunter mentality and a history of bringing quality clients through your business development. • Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices). • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search). • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases. • Excellent data-driven communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to set your priorities right, be proactive and show the initiative.
