📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design processes for complex projects • Ensure design consistency and quality across all products • Partner with leadership to define product vision and UX goals • Collaborate with engineering teams for smooth design implementation • Conduct user research and usability testing • Contribute to and evolve the design system • Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to designers • Stay up-to-date with industry trends

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product design • Strong portfolio showcasing impactful solutions • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch • Experience conducting user research and usability testing • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders • Familiarity with agile workflows and project management tools like Jira • Expertise in designing, maintaining, and evolving design systems
