📋 Description

• Serve as the primary architect of our growing behavioral health program • Monitor program performance using KPIs such as patient engagement, symptom improvement (e.g., PHQ-9 scores), and readmission rates for behavioral health diagnoses • Deliver psychiatric care to behavioral health patients to ensure therapeutic optimization and effective, patient-centered psychiatric care • Advocate for behavioral health equity and accessibility within the organization and community • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with external stakeholders, including psychiatrists, hospitalists, and therapists

🎯 Requirements

• A board-certified psychiatrist with at least 2 years clinical experience in adult psychiatry • Prior experience building integrated behavioral health clinical programs preferred • Experience managing other behavioral health clinicians preferred • Telehealth experience preferred • Experience serving Medicare Advantage and/or Medicaid populations preferred • Geriatric psychiatry experience preferred
