• Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions • Provide strategic leadership and accountability to ensure field excellence and performance through effective coaching and prioritization of MSL activities • Monitor team progress toward impact metrics • Ensure continuous talent engagement and retention strategies • Engage in fair and balanced scientific exchanges with key external stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD) • 3+ years of experience in a field medical role or pharmaceutical industry • Prior experience as a people leader (preferred) • Prior experience working with healthcare systems, payers, healthcare providers, and researchers (preferred)
