📋 Description

• Take onboarding requests from producers and delivery teams and clarify team composition, locations, start dates, and project security requirements • Create, reactivate, and close corporate email and workspace accounts • Set up private project communication channels and grant access to project management systems, whiteboards, design tools, and version control • Select and deploy hosted remote workstations or endpoint agents on contributors’ machines • Track contributor onboarding status, including NDAs, training, security awareness, workstation access, and software installation • Prepare, configure, and hand over remote workstations and corporate laptops • Install and maintain production software and resolve licensing issues • Troubleshoot performance, application crashes, connectivity, permissions, and peripheral incidents • Set up specialized hardware, including console development kits under NDA • Prepare devices for reassignment through secure wiping, reimaging, and handover • Revoke access during offboarding, individually or in batches • Audit active users and assigned software licenses • Escalate and resolve non-standard security and hardware cases • Maintain onboarding and offboarding documentation, checklists, and access matrices • Purchase, renew, and reallocate software licenses and control seat costs • Maintain hardware asset records • Arrange international shipping of workstations and laptops, including carriers, customs paperwork, tracking, transit damage, and equipment handover addenda

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in IT support, system administration, or IT operations, ideally within a distributed international team • Hands-on administration of Windows workstations and laptops; macOS is a plus • Experience with disk encryption, permissions, updates, and diagnostics • Experience with antivirus/EDR and remote endpoint management systems such as ESET, Action1, or JumpCloud • Google Workspace administration, including accounts, groups, permissions, delegation, and security settings • Access management across Slack, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma, including auditable revocation • Experience with Parsec, RDP, VDI, AnyDesk, or equivalent remote workstation technologies • Working knowledge of SVN or Perforce for content pipelines • Software license management, renewals, seat reallocation, and cost control • Professional written English at B2+ level • Ability to correspond with worldwide contributors, internal producers, and client-side teams • Ability to explain security requirements to non-technical contributors and gain their cooperation • Jira as the primary working environment, with current statuses and ticket updates • Nice to have: game development, outsourcing studio, VFX, or animation experience • Nice to have: major-publisher security requirements, NDAs, hardened workplaces, access audits, and development hardware under NDA • Nice to have: familiarity with production DCC software such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance, or Photoshop • Nice to have: international hardware logistics • Nice to have: PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Jira Automation skills
