📋 Description

• Manage IAM access in SAP and non-SAP environments • Manage the complete Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) access lifecycle, including user creation, modification, and removal • Administer profiles and roles in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP GRC environments • Ensure security controls such as least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD) • Support risk assessments and remediation prioritization • Conduct periodic access reviews and recertification • Manage critical generic and emergency access and identify control gaps • Define, document, and standardize processes, approval workflows, and integrations between SAP, Active Directory/Azure AD, and HR systems • Participate in role redesign and provisioning automation • Support internal and external audits and address nonconformities • Ensure compliance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD), NIST, and industry best practices • Use artificial intelligence for anomalous behavior detection, risk analysis, automation, documentation, predictive models, and NLP • Contribute to AI governance, ensuring ethics, auditability, and explainability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field • Hands-on experience with SAP Security (roles, profiles, and users) and SAP GRC Access Control • Experience working in industrial companies • Strong knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and JML processes • Knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access risk analysis • Knowledge of access governance and compliance in complex environments • Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD, IAM tools, and HR systems • Familiarity with Machine Learning applied to security, including anomaly detection, risk classification, and clustering of similar profiles • Basic understanding of Generative AI (LLMs) and its applications in documentation, policies, and security analysis • Knowledge of AI Governance frameworks applied to security • Ability to assess risks associated with third-party AI solutions, including data privacy, sensitive information leakage, and adversarial attacks • Basic knowledge of prompt engineering for the safe and effective use of AI assistants in security contexts
