âą Support the development of the Belgian marketing strategy together with the Senior Marketing Manager Benelux and translate it into clear local execution plans. âą Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives in Belgium, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across campaigns, events (online and live), and content. âą Adapt and localise regional (EMEA/global) campaigns to the Belgian market, ensuring relevance and compliance. âą Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Legal to develop and approve materials in line with local requirements. âą Drive both HCP (B2B) and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent and customer-centric approach. âą Coordinate agencies and external partners to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, PR, events, content). âą Monitor campaign performance and key KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation. âą Support market understanding by gathering insights on customer needs, competitive landscape, and healthcare environment in Belgium. âą Ensure alignment with broader Benelux and EMEA priorities while representing the specific needs of the Belgian market.
âą 5-8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or a regulated environment. âą Experience in both HCP (B2B) and DTC marketing, with strong multi-channel campaign execution skills. âą Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. âą Strong collaboration skills across functions (marketing, sales, medical) and levels (local to EMEA). âą Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong English skills for international collaboration. âą Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused, with strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders. âą Passionate about making a positive impact in healthcare and patient outcomes.
