• Lead the development and delivery of clinical education programs for patients, clinicians, and diabetes organizations across APAC • Communicate emerging clinical trial data, expanded indications, and peer-reviewed publications through presentations, workshops, and educational forums • Promote evidence-based adoption of CGM as a standard of care • Serve as a recognized clinical and technical CGM expert at local, regional, and international congresses and meetings • Act as a trusted clinical resource for internal teams and external stakeholders • Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Quality, Customer Support, and Field Sales • Support product lifecycle activities, including new product introductions and indication expansions • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with KOLs and CGM advocates • Build partnerships with diabetes societies and professional organizations • Lead clinical education and product sales training for distributor partners across APAC • Advise on HCP events and training programs, including content development, review, and approval • Source, engage, and coordinate with international and local speakers • Design, localize, and execute virtual and in-person training programs aligned with APAC business objectives • Create tailored training plans supporting major launches and strategic regional initiatives • Collaborate with global sales training, marketing, clinical, customer operations, technical support, regulatory, and external partners • Assess ongoing training needs with regional stakeholders • Update curricula and implement best practices across markets • Develop and maintain training resources, including effective use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Coach and advise distributor partners to enhance sales effectiveness, clinical confidence, and market penetration
• Licensed Medical Doctor (MD), Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Dietitian (RD/LD), or relevant clinical degree required • MD with specialist diabetes experience or Certified Diabetes Educator strongly preferred • Minimum 4 years of experience in diabetes education and treatment, including at least 2 years focused on CGM and diabetes technology • Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of relevant clinical and/or industry experience, or preferred doctor and diabetes experience with regional-role experience • Proven experience in sales training, distributor enablement, and program design within healthcare or medical devices • Previous experience in diabetes-related medical device sales with a demonstrated track record of success • Experience supporting regional strategy or partnership initiatives strongly preferred • 2–5 years of people leadership or lead role experience within a matrixed, global organization nice to have • Deep understanding of healthcare markets, territory management, and distributor models • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training for diverse audiences • Skilled in virtual and in-person facilitation, leveraging modern training tools and technologies • Fluent in English and native language with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Additional language proficiency within Southeast Asia is an advantage • Strong ability to influence, engage, and align stakeholders across cultures • Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, remote environment • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges • Willingness to travel up to 50%
