• Implement the national pharmacy strategy in the region and contribute to the operational scaling of the business unit • Manage and develop the key pharmacy partners in the territory • Build sustainable, trust-based relationships on an equal footing • Actively collaborate with the cross-functional team to continuously develop and optimize the Dexcom solution in the pharmacy channel • Analyze regional market trends, identify opportunities, and derive targeted actions to advance the pharmacy strategy • Take responsibility for regional performance, ensuring targets are met and actions are implemented
• Several years of sales experience in the pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG environment—ideally with experience in diabetes or the MedTech sector • Strong sales instinct: able to identify potential and convince customers of solutions • Experience implementing national strategies at the regional level • Combination of operational excellence with an entrepreneurial mindset for growth and new opportunities • Excellent communication skills, analytical and solution-oriented, with a high degree of initiative and the ability to execute • Cross-functional team player who works independently, sets clear priorities, and solves challenges pragmatically
