• Support distributor and partner needs including brand training and best in class tactical tools for engagement with customers in face to face and remote/digital settings. • Manage the development, localisation and deployment of DTC and HCP marketing collateral to ensure campaign effectiveness. • Formulate and implement cohesive regional and local marketing plans aligned to business objectives and goals. • Use customer segmentation, market data and competitor intelligence to develop optimised multi-channel marketing plans across the region. • Lead the development and implementation of omnichannel media strategies (DTC / HCP) across the region including broadcast and digital media. • Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering expected business outcomes. • Partnering cross-functionally to ensure adequate KOL management.
• Fluent in English and a preference for one or more languages among Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian or Turkish. • 13+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a medical device or healthcare role. • Experience developing and executing 360 marketing campaigns, particularly in a regulated industry. • Deep understanding of CGM technology and the diabetes market. • Strong project management skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strategic thinker. • Proficient in campaign activation across digital channels.
