• Support the Director of Talent Relations in delivering Dexertos global talent strategy • Identify, source, and secure talent across gaming, entertainment, and digital culture for editorial and commercial project • Build and maintain relationships with talent, agencies, and managers globally • Coordinate talent bookings across multiple projects and departments • Act as a liaison between talent, internal teams, and external partners • Track and manage talent involvement in campaigns, ensuring professional delivery • Provide input on Dexertos long-term talent growth strategy • Lead and coordinate briefing and reporting for talent deliverables
🎯 Requirements
• UK-based with the ability to work flexibly with international talent and partners • Experience working with talent in gaming, influencer, or entertainment industries • Excellent knowledge of global creator and entertainment landscape • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once • Confident communicator and negotiator, both written and verbal • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with talent and agencies • Proactive, solutions-driven, and passionate about gaming and entertainment
