• Develop and execute sales strategies based on market knowledge and customer feedback. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and long-term prospects. • Promote and sell the full portfolio of services and equipment in integrated facilities management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Estimating, Proposals) to deliver client-tailored solutions. • Work with the Indigenous Peoples Community Relations team to support strategic initiatives and community engagement. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy. • Manage forecasts, performance metrics and CRM reporting. • Manage strategic accounts and contribute to executive-level sales planning. • Represent Dexterra at industry events and with regulatory bodies.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in sales and new market development. • Bilingual in French and English required. • Demonstrated experience selling services using a solution-selling approach with a 6–12 month sales cycle. • Previous sales experience in facilities management or a related services sector strongly preferred. • Track record of successfully executing plans translated into strategies and tactics that led to closed sales. • Ability to build strong internal relationships to mobilize internal expertise and appropriate support. • Valid driver's license and ability to work independently in a remote work arrangement. • Availability and flexibility to travel as required.
