📋 Description
• Create real estate photography and other visual content • Photograph properties using professional camera equipment • Potentially draw floor plans, operate drones, and create video content • Set personal availability and work flexible hours • Focus on creative content while Diakrit handles client bookings, liaisons, client management, editing, retouching, and rendered floor plan production • Work with a Content Manager for training, advice, and support • Participate in the Creative Community and professional/social networking events • Submit work examples, CV, references, and equipment details with the application
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in real estate photography or a related industry is ideal • Photography is essential • Full-frame camera with a minimum 17mm wide-angle lens • Mid-focal-length and telephoto lens, such as 24–70mm or 70–200mm, or similar range, with maximum aperture of at least F4 • Sturdy tripod with at least 180cm extendable height • Reasonable power • Speed-light/flash gun or similar external flash; off-camera capability ideal, multiple flashes advantageous • Suitable drone is ideal • Reliable car • Valid driver's license • Willingness to acquire new skills • Friendly, reliable, well-presented, personable, passionate, and open to learning new techniques and photography styles • Mandatory relevant work examples in a PDF, portfolio, or website; applications without these will not be considered • CV outlining relevant work experience and references • Applicants should ideally reside in or near Brisbane, Queensland
