📋 Description
• Serve customers and follow up on sales opportunities • Manage leads and keep the CRM up to date • Support field teams and administrative operations • Prepare basic reports and follow up on requests • Support Total Cleaning Pro LLC, a residential and commercial cleaning company in Florida, United States
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required) • Sales experience • Knowledge of CRM systems and spreadsheets • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proper setup for working from home • Reliable internet connection • Availability from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Brazil time, with a one-hour adjustment during daylight saving time
