🎯 Requirements

• An intermediate understanding of Product Management and the product lifecycle. • Understanding of digital commerce, payments, fraud prevention, risk management, or high-scale operational platforms. • Familiarity with systems or vendors such as Accertify, Signifyd, Adyen, Appriss, TransUnion, Akamai, Auth0, Aha!, Jira, Grafana, LinearB, Miro, or comparable tools. • Ability to understand how fraud decisioning, payment authorization, order placement, fulfillment, returns, reships, and chargebacks connect across the customer journey. • Knowledge of human-centered design principles and ability to balance fraud controls with athlete experience, conversion, trust, and operational efficiency. • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and foundational Scrum/Agile practices. • Demonstrated success defining and launching products or features that deliver measurable business outcomes. • Strong analytical mindset and comfort using data to define KPIs, identify trends, diagnose defects, and inform prioritization. • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority across product, engineering, architecture, business, operations, analytics, security, and vendor partners. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to translate complex technical, risk, and operational concepts into concise stakeholder-ready narratives. • Strong deductive reasoning skills, curiosity, and desire to learn a complex domain with real-time operational impact. • Ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with various peer groups and business partners. • Experience working with third-party vendors, contracts, pilots, proofs of concept, implementation planning, and performance monitoring. • Bachelor's Degree • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience preferred, including 2-5 years with relevant education linked to product management, or 7+ years without relevant education linked to product management. • Ecommerce or relevant experience, product management or digital strategy with retail preferred, mobile or enterprise commerce platforms.
