📋 Description
• Compliance coordination: Guide and work in close collaboration with the central Compliance & Integrity Team • Quality Management System (QMS) support: Preparation of audit-related data and respond to information requests • Process Documentation: Prepare, document, review, and update processes and procedures in line with QMS standards • PMO: Provide administrative and operational support to project managers, project teams, and clients • Capacity management: Ensure effective internal communication on capacity planning
🎯 Requirements
• Very good knowledge and practical use of Excel, PowerPoint, Workday (ideally PSA), and SharePoint • Data-driven decision-making and ability to derive operational insights • Knowledge in the field of compliance management and compliance topics • Experience in cross-functional project management • Strong customer and business orientation • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Empathy, assertiveness, diplomacy, and strong attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing environments • English proficiency at C1 level (spoken and written)
