📋 Description

• Audit and clean data in Salesforce: deduplication, enrichment, field consistency, and naming conventions. • Working alongside the FP&A analyst and the finance team to ensure accuracy of reporting and scalability of automated invoicing • Set up recurring data quality checks between the CRM and third-party tools (marketing automation, enrichment tools, etc.). • Standardise ownership rules, and data fields across all integrated entities. • Support the integration of reporting tools, dashboards, and forecasting processes. • Build reliable dashboards and reports for Sales teams and leadership. • Act as the main point of contact for any CRM or data-related questions from commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• First experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Salesforce Administration (internship or apprenticeship included). • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Professional proficiency in English; • Comfortable working with data: cleaning, cross-tool reconciliation, anomaly detection. • You follow through on data quality issues and flag inconsistencies before they become problems. • Comfortable navigating ambiguity. This role sits at the centre of a live integration, and processes will evolve as you go. • Analytical mindset and ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams.
