📋 Description

• Support in implementing Salesforce strategies and roadmaps • Participate in project management, including planning, status updates and milestone tracking • Analyze and model business processes, for example using BPMN • Conduct and facilitate client workshops, for example using Design Thinking or the Six Thinking Hats method • Support requirements management through interviews and documentation • Prepare functional concepts and high-level solution designs • Work in agile projects using Scrum and SAFe, including backlog maintenance and sprint planning • Document and implement change and communication measures • Collaborate with clients and international project teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Computer Science or a comparable field • Initial experience in project environments or through internships is an advantage • Interest in Salesforce technologies and agile methodologies • Analytical thinking and a structured working style • Strong communication skills and team spirit • Ability to work independently and strong client orientation • Willingness to pursue further training and certifications, e.g., PSPO, PMP, Trailhead • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
