📋 Description

• Support the implementation of Salesforce strategies and roadmaps • Contribute to project management, including planning, status updates, and milestone tracking • Analyze and model business processes, e.g., using BPMN • Conduct and facilitate customer workshops, e.g., using Design Thinking or the Six Thinking Hats method • Support requirements management through interviews and documentation • Create functional concepts and high-level solution designs • Contribute to agile projects using Scrum and SAFe, including backlog maintenance and sprint planning • Document and implement change and communication measures • Collaborate on international, innovative customer projects

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in business, computer science, or a comparable field • Initial experience in a project environment or through internships is an advantage • Interest in Salesforce technologies and agile methodologies • Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work • Excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit • Ability to work independently and a strong customer focus • Willingness to pursue ongoing training and certifications, e.g., PSPO, PMP, or Trailhead • Very good written and spoken German and English
