📋 Description

• You support our marketing team across all channels, learn the tools from the ground up, and gradually take on your own tasks. • You assist in executing campaigns, creating content, and performing analyses — gaining a comprehensive overview of online marketing. • You help create posts, ads, and copy using tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI. • You record key metrics, build basic reports, and learn to interpret data correctly. • You research trends, competitors, and target audiences and share your insights with the team. • You become familiar with common tools — from Ads Manager and SEO tools to automation platforms. • Over time you’ll take ownership of specific areas and grow into a specialization that suits you.

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine interest in online marketing: You want to understand how growth in e‑commerce works. • Willingness to learn and initiative: You don’t wait for instructions — you get things done. • A good feel for language and enjoyment of writing. • Basic understanding of digital tools and the ability to learn new ones quickly. • Attention to detail and organization: You work reliably and keep an overview. • Fluent German — English is a plus. • Prior work experience? Not required.
