📋 Description

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment systems • Assess equipment and recommend improvements to enhance availability, capacity, and performance • Conduct equipment failure analyses, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues • Prepare technical reports on modifications and maintenance procedures • Provide customer service and support during field visits or dispatches • Link workflow to the schedule • Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks • Diagnose technical errors or problems and determine appropriate solutions • Produce timely and detailed service reports • Operate the vehicle safely and use field automation systems • Follow company procedures and protocols • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and communications • Build positive relationships with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven field service experience • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and maintain technical equipment • English literacy • Native Portuguese • Motorcycle and car driving licences • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to variable working hours • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications • Technical diploma or certification
