📋 Description

• Installs, performs technical maintenance and debugs hardware and software of products and components, primarily at customer sites. • Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as minor repairs on products within an assigned area. • Verifies that products are functioning correctly and resolves any issues found or escalates them according to established procedures. • Schedules service calls, completes all required documentation, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service and understanding of the product's operation.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical degree in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields • Experience in maintenance and repair in Field Services, preferably with ATMs or banking automation • Good written and verbal communication skills • Active CFT registration (Conselho Federal de Técnicos) • Valid driver's license (CNH) • Availability to work Monday through Saturday • Reside in Belo Horizonte or the surrounding region
