📋 Description

• Familiarizes themselves with field service technician practices and procedures. • Under guidance or working alongside more experienced technicians, performs any one or all of the following: • Incident Handling: Uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot, performing detailed analysis of hardware and software failures. • Performs hardware repairs at the component level. • Cleans and adjusts mechanical components. • Configures and installs applicable software. • Preventive Maintenance: Conducts routine checks according to documented procedures. • Replenishes consumables as directed. • IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, changes, and removes hardware and software products. • Customer Training: Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software. • Attends regular hardware and software training (hands-on, classroom, and online). • Participates in implementing measures to achieve agreed KPIs. • Assists with special projects as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Technician diploma/degree in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields. • Experience in field service maintenance and repair, preferably with ATMs or banking automation. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Active CFT registration. • Own vehicle. • Driver's license (CNH). • Availability to work in the field, traveling on average up to 200 km. • Residence in Cascavel, PR.
