📋 Description
• Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for ATMs, retail equipment, and other hardware and software • Perform incident handling using diagnostic tools and detailed analysis of hardware and software failures • Perform component-level hardware repairs • Clean and adjust mechanical components • Configure and install applicable software • Perform routine preventive-maintenance checks and refill consumables • Install, move, add, change, and remove hardware and software products (IMAC/R) • Instruct and train customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software • Receive incident briefings and orders from dispatch • Update dispatch on unforeseen issues and provide detailed briefings on completed activities • Proactively inform customers about service status, progress, and outcomes • Identify technical or process problems and recommend improvements • Use corporate tools and processes for knowledge sharing and information gathering
🎯 Requirements
• Education or equivalent work experience required • Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant Field Service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Good written and verbal communication skills • Driver's license and driving record satisfying Diebold Nixdorf fleet requirements
