📋 Description
• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment on major retailer POS & IT equipment • Learn to diagnose and resolve issues under the guidance of experienced engineers • Provide friendly, professional on-site support to customers • Develop practical IT and hardware knowledge through structured training and real-world experience • Configures and installs applicable software • Performs routine checks according to documented procedures • Assists with special projects as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• A strong interest in technology, IT, or gaming • Ideally a recent college or university leaver • Willingness to learn and get hands-on with technical equipment • Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude • Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Have a full clean UK driving licence
