📋 Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, present solutions, and drive the technical sales cycle for Digi's wireless routers and managed services • Design and propose end-to-end solutions for customers, integrating Digi's cellular routers, remote management, security, and managed connectivity services • Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical deep dives for customers and partners • Train and support partners to successfully position and deploy Digi’s wireless connectivity solutions • Assist in creating technical proposals, white papers, best practice guides, and solution architectures tailored to customer needs • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging wireless technologies (5G, LTE, Private Networks), and IoT innovations to provide thought leadership • Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support teams to relay field insights and contribute to product development • Provide guidance on deployments, troubleshooting, and solution optimization to ensure customer success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 10+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering • Experience working with carriers bringing new solutions to the market • Technical Knowledge: Cellular networking (4G LTE, 5G, CBRS, Private LTE, SIM management) • 4G/5G Core/RAN experience and Wireless spectrum working knowledge • Wireless routers, gateways, and remote network management • IP networking (TCP/IP, VPN, SD-WAN, MPLS, CGNAT, firewall policies, security protocols, routing protocols, packet sniffers, trouble shooting) • Linux networking stack, shell & programming experience a plus • Managed connectivity services and cloud-based networking solutions • Proven ability to influence technical decision-makers and assist in technically closing complex deals • Excellent presentation, customer-facing, and documentation skills • Professional Level Networking Industry Certifications are a plus
