📋 Description

• Support German-speaking merchants and customers • Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media • Assist with account setup and troubleshooting • Support customers with payment-related solutions • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams • Contribute to customer satisfaction and service improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer support or contact center experience is a strong plus • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented mindset • Ability to stay organized in fast-paced environments • Positive and proactive attitude • Languages Required: German: C2 level, English: B2 level
