📋 Description

• Assist customers through incoming support requests • Troubleshoot incidents requiring deeper technical know-how • Resolve issues related to specialized products like SoundTouch • Keep users updated with resolution progress

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and a solid command of English • Great communication and customer care skills • Experience or interest in audio products, wireless networking & live music tech • Familiarity with Windows and macOS • Prior experience in tech support or a fast-paced customer service role
