📋 Description

• Lead performance analyses for the Worker Credit product, identifying patterns, opportunities, gaps and growth levers based on data. • Work side by side with Data, Technology, Risk, Legal and Operations teams to define functional requirements, map business rules and ensure consistent, scalable deliveries. • Support the construction and evolution of the Worker Credit roadmap with a business perspective, impact assessment and data-driven prioritization. • Monitor critical journey KPIs and OKRs, proposing continuous improvements, A/B tests and optimizations to increase efficiency and customer experience. • Ensure quality, governance and consistency of the information used in product decision-making processes. • Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and the ability to turn data into stories and insights. • Prior experience in Product, Data, Strategy, Business Analytics, Credit or related areas. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration within multidisciplinary squads. • Ability to move between technical and strategic discussions, acting as a bridge between business and technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar). • Experience with demand and project tracking platforms (Jira, Trello, Planner). • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Economics or related fields. • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification — or higher (advantage). • Certification or coursework in Process Management (BPM, process mapping and continuous improvement). • Certifications or training in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Agile Fundamentals). • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I) — a plus. • Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO I) — a relevant plus. • Courses in data analysis, data storytelling, applied statistics or data science — desirable.
