📋 Description

• Provide support for critical payroll-deductible loan systems (N2/N3 support) • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems in production • Manage problem cases and perform root cause analysis • Participate in continuous improvements and system enhancements, focusing on stability, performance, and availability • Support the management and resolution of systemic crises, leading or collaborating with multidisciplinary teams • Identify and implement continuous improvements to processes, tools, and area metrics/KPIs • Participate in technical committees, planning meetings, and platform evolution activities • Interact with business areas, development teams, and vendors • Support automation and optimization of operational processes • Ensure compliance with support SLAs and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Senior Systems Analyst supporting loan systems • Advanced knowledge of the following modules: Accounting (Contábil), Bacen, C3, Web/API Authorizer, and Backoffice • Intermediate knowledge of the following modules: Commissions and Agreements & Overdues Manager • Specialist knowledge of regulatory documents: CADOC3040, CADOC3050, CADOC3044, and CADOC8015 • Knowledge of accounting and regulatory rules • Experience with SQL Server databases, Shell scripting, and log analysis • Strong troubleshooting skills in complex and critical environments • Knowledge of operating systems: Windows and Linux • Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and CloudWatch logs • Incident management, change control, and information security • API testing using Postman • Elicit functional requirements from users and finalize technical specifications with vendors • Plan and implement updates provided by vendors
