• Research and analyze the market in order to identify and evaluate new providers • Organize and spearhead contractual and legal processes, including signing contracts and developing additional agreements • Negotiate commercial and contractual provisions to ensure the most profitable cooperation • Manage existing contracts and monitor their compliance, ensuring seamless cooperation with the stakeholder departments • Establish and maintain purchasing and sales policies, as well as a provider database • Prepare and submit monthly and weekly reports to the management • Represent the company at international events and conferences • Resolve issues that arise with providers and act as the Company's representative within the scope of external relations
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the Commercial, Supply Chain or Business Development fields • Proficiency of MS Office, Jira, CRM systems • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, alongside the experience of working with different cultures • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Analytical thinking, focused on business development • Experience working with legal and commercial documents • Experience in managing diverse projects within deadlines
