📋 Description
• Provide consultative support to clients interested in new vehicles (0 km) advertised on the platform. • Act as a consultant, answering questions about cars, models, trims and offers. • Qualify leads and refer interested customers to dealerships. • Organize and manage a client portfolio, ensuring follow-up and progression through the purchasing journey. • Record information and next steps in the system/CRM to maintain service history and organization.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong written and verbal communication (clear and concise). • Advanced knowledge of the automotive sector (models, trims, key differentiators, and the new-vehicle market). • Must have own laptop.
