📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for local and international clients • Monitor organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven answer engines • Conduct technical audits, content optimization, and performance analysis using Semrush, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, and similar tools • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and data analysts to execute audits, content optimization, and performance tracking • Provide actionable recommendations and strategic guidance to stakeholders and clients • Manage potential leads and opportunities, ensuring clients have necessary information and strategic insights • Lead client engagements from initial consultation through execution • Transform potential opportunities into concrete, structured projects

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies • Proven track record of managing complex client engagements, leading projects end-to-end, and delivering measurable organic growth • Strong technical SEO foundation • Deep expertise in content optimization, AI search algorithms, and answer engines • Demonstrated ability in lead management, client consultation, and converting strategic insights into structured project opportunities • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills in German and English • Strong analytical mindset • Proficiency in industry-standard SEO tools and web analytics platforms
